The spa is stunning and it’s worth the 2 hours spa deal to enjoy tthe facilities, The changing room very clean but I was not happy with the massage booked in the morning and I was not really impressed with the communication skill of the manager but they kindly offer me an other massage with a very experienced therapist in the afternoon. Noomi i highly recommend this amazing and skilled therapist cause she just tuned with your body needs and work naturally trough it . I left feeling renewed and stress free , if I stayed longer I would book a longer session gasi with Noomi . Thank you very much . X

Wonderful spa with a good variety of facilities and a great view. Had a great back massage and Ishga facial from therapist, Kenzi, who was really attentive and did a wonderful job in targeting my shoulder knots. The afternoon tea included in the package was lovely too!

Was absolutely beautiful! I had an amazing massage by the lovely Naomi! She was the best masseuse I’ve ever had! She listened to my concerns and fixed them! One of the best! I highly recommend her! She’s so friendly and always had a smile! Will definitely be back to see her!

Absolutely stunning spa, lots of different saunas and steam rooms. We did the twilight spa, wasn't too busy but do need to book as it was fully booked! Free drink on arrival and beautiful setting!

Lovely spa in a stunning location with the most breathtaking views. Lots of sauna rooms and a very large outdoor hot tub. If you are staying in the area I would definitely recommend visiting.

Spent our 20th wedding anniversary here. We had a twilight experience and it was so lovely to see the lake fall into darkness in such an amazing spot The spa has a number of steam rooms and sauna's with ample seating and a great champagne bar. We also booked to eat at the Pan Asian restaurant next door which was so delicious and would definitely recommend.

Superb experience. Lovely views in a beautifully updated hotel - evidently lots of money spent. We spent most of our two hour slot in the gorgeous outdoor pool with integrated jets, sprays and showers. Steam room was great and nice bar, to enjoy a drink in the pool

Excellent visit to the falls spa. We didn't have any treatments booked, but would recommend booking these in advance as there wasn't any availability for several weeks. We enjoyed the spa experience, with several different sauna and steam room experiences to try. The outdoor heated infinity pool was brilliant, with fantastic views across to Derwent. Champagne bar serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks too. Staff were really friendly and happy to show us around. £35 per person for a 2 hour stay was money well spent

We went to the Falls Spa in mid July whilst on holiday. Wow what a place. The location is stunning and the Spa amazing. Staff were friendly, informative and explained everything clearly. The infinity pool is beautiful and has amazing views across to Cat Bells and High Spy. The various steam rooms within the Spa are absolutely lovely and really cleanse the skin as well as helping your soul!! I would thoroughly recommend the Spa and if we are ever up in the Lakes again will be revisiting for a cracking Spa day. 🌟🌟🌟

When visiting the lakes we booked a spa morning experience two hours. The spa is amazing well laid out and the out side pool is fantastic. Our only grip is the smell coming from the drains in laconium room. Also the complex is only 5 years old and it’s already looking worn. In the lounge the paper is coming off the wall in the window. It all needs some love in looking after it on a maintenance attention. But this did not spoil the experience we did have a lovely time. The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The complimentary drink was lovely but if you do the 8-10 get you drink b4 940am as they stop serving at 950am Would we go back YES we would.
